چکیده

Background: Antimicrobial resistance genes are an acquired phenomenon in nosocomial pathogens as results to uncontrolled and randomly used of antibiotics. Methods: A total 308 samples were collected from different places surfaces for bacterial contamination three main hospitals Wasit province. Bacteria isolated identified using biochemical test, then PCR was order analysis he 16S rRNA gene isolates virulence specific primers. Results: The cultures indicated the presence four included A. baumannii, S. marcescens, E. cloacae haemolyticus, product showed that all bacteria 100% positive gene. factor AdeC baumannii 7(70%) positive, while CsuE gene, Marcescens, bsmA 5(100%) fimA 0(0%) isolates, regarding cloacae, CsgA a percentage 5(55.5%) 9(100%) respectively, finally haemolyticus it AtlE Fbe 6(50%) isolates.

Prevalence of adhesion Virulence factor genes, antibiogram, and pathogenicity of avian Pasteurella multocida isolate from Iran

Pasteurella multocida possesses various virulence factors, including capsule, lipopolysaccharide, fimbriae, toxins, outer membrane proteins, and adhesions. Adhesins have a crucial role in mediating colonization and invasion of the host. The aim of the present study was to identify the prevalence of adhesion factor genes and resistance/sensitivity patterns among the avian P. multocida isolates f...
